Sorry, Captain. I'm real sorry. I shoulda kept better care of her. Usually she lets me know when something's wrong. Maybe she did, I just wasn't paying attention...

Buffista Movies 3: Panned and Scanned

A place to talk about movies--Old and new, good and bad, high art and high cheese. It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I like White Castle burgers

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

heh- let's not even get into the foods one would eat when high.

But suffice it to say, not generally as gross as MacDonalds and its ilk. Usually crunchier. Or ice-creamier. Mmm.

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

There was one night, many many years ago, when my friends and I got really *really* high, and decided we wanted rice krispy treats. The eight of us piled into the pickup truck and went on an epic little adventure to the store to buy stuff for rice krispy treats, come back home, make them, and eat them while still warm.

Will always be on my list of favorite memories.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

All the Citizen Kane talk had made me want to see it, as it's been about five years since I've seen it last.

Lo and behold, a theater within walking distance is playing it this weekend.

Y'all should get high & eat White Castles first!

Up with the sun

not generally as gross as MacDonalds and its ilk. Usually crunchier. Or ice-creamier. Mmm.

A bowl of ice cream I had the last time I was under the influence was decidedly one of the Best Foods Ever.

(But I'm SO boring when I'm high -- I go into the corner, stare at the ceiling, and giggle at random intervals. It feels bourgeois to admit, but I like booze better.)

Speaking of pot....

Has anyone seen Naopleon Dynamite, and if so, what did you think?
