New Line Cinema has picked up feature rights to Neil Gaiman's graphic novel "Death: The High Cost of Living". According to Variety, Gaiman is in talks to make his directorial debut on the film.

a while back, but I don't know how official it was. I hear the project's been attached to people forever, so who knows if this will go to fruition. But dude! Directed by Aronofsky! Written by Solid Snake!

I didn't hate
League
that much (though I haven't read the comic), but
Watchmen
at least has both a better writer and director attached, which bodes well.
