All it takes is a less-than carat and a space in front of the quote, Tim.

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.
Matt, the alligator mouth eats the smaller number.
I think we need a new code for "bound to be a cross-post."
Or a new quick-edit type.
eta, mebbe an X.
My printer friend got her son to watch the show tonight. I expect a call tomorrow at work to chat about the episode.
hee, we're all so helpful.
night. enjoy, silly west people.
{I saw the very beginning, and it seemed to be a woman restrained on a bed, struggling}
{Yeah, but is he likely to be chained to a bed in this new show?}
Mmmm-hmmmm.
Okay, I admit the confusion, but a little harmless lusting after Angel, versus the nastiness of serial rapists... one sends me to sleep at night with very pleasant dreams, the other keeps me up most of the night.
I just remembered a comment I wanted to make. When the gang of four was at the house, and the doorbell rang (because the little girl was looking for her cat), all four headed for the door with guns drawn. First of all, would the bad guy be likely to ring the bell? And second of all, would it really be the best course of action for all four of them to head for the door, rather than to spread out and guard more than one possible entrance?
Oops! Well, it sounded right in my head while visualizing the symbol.
I'm not going to tell you how to do it, Tim, I suspect you already know.
And I don't know how many episodes went out to critics pre-premiere, but I'm guessing either this wasn't one of them, or if it was, most of them didn't really watch it.
Huh. This was my least favorite episode so far.
I really hate to say it, but it is starting to feel repetitive to me. Rachel's line readings aren't doing the scripts any favors ("Victims? Yes. Innocent? No!" made both DH and I burst out laughing), and yes, I am getting bored with her constantly being kidnapped. The fact that every week she's had a different and equally valid reason to be captured doesn't change the visceral reaction of "Rebecca's captured, must be act two."
So...yeah.
I thought he wanted to find a "real" profiler who would admire him and agree with what he was doing.
Rereading what I wrote, I made it sound like it was just a game where he held her against her will until she relented, but I agree that he was seeking validation from a real profiler in the process.
