I snickered at "you're probably right" because that's what Mom says when someone is trying to correct her/being annoying and she's blowing them off.

The Minearverse 3: The Network Is a Harsh Mistress
[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.
Oh, yeah. This was all about how being "weak" and a "victim" can be turned on it's head. So, it's all about Rebecca.
Um. reamworks?
Web is truly a magnificent bastard. He's rapidly becoming one of my favorite... um... villains?
Matt, that last moment came out of a conversation I had with the director, Nick Gomez. I had always assumed it was Web's invisible hand... but he said to me "so Rebecca was the one who paged him, right?" And I was like, "be right back."
Reamworks. That's me.
That totally caught me by surprise, Tim. I was going with Web, also.
I like it better with Rebecca doing it.
Okay, so I watched last week's with vwbug just beforehand (because she falls asleep at about 9:10) and found myself wondering -- why couldn't Web tell her why he was putting her on the train?
Yeah, and the network standards people even made me cut a shot of Strong's belt being whipped off. So, not even all that graphic in any way.
Do we think that was because he was raping a man? Seems I've seen that gesture plenty. (But maybe not on television?)
I like Web better this week, he was a more enjoyable bastard.
