Where is John Rogers' chicken soup?

Seeing as a ton of Whedonesque and buffista humans are here, welcome. I'd just like to chime in on THE INSIDE and say Tim Minear did a hell of a job. I look forward immensely to the rest of the run.
In the comments:
Oddly, it was everything that wasn't Silence of the Lambs that made me dig it.
And this is probably a subtle industry foible, but I watch a thousand pilots, and Minear directed the shit out of that thing.
I finally watched it last night, and the lighting was amazing. Perhaps it also contributed to why I had trouble sleeping.

Yeah, I think Tim's an excellent director. Always very conscious of visual storytelling. He's a writer who thinks like a director! He's a dessert topping and a floor wax!
Ending of "Lullaby"? Still kicks fucking ass.
Huh. I think it's so interesting that Warren Ellis is all, "I'm not going to be involved in any grassroots movement to save GF."
That's kinda neat.
That is reason #924 why I like him.
Did you see his comments on The Inside?
Yes! I did. And, um, how do YOU feel about The Inside?
I totally love this guy. What a magnificently lovely bastard!
I laughed until it hurt.
Cindy, insent.
think i'll go watch Global Frequency thanks to P-C. am i going to be angry that i'll never see more?

I was more sad than angry. It had promise.
Heh. I compared it Angel S4 elsewhere. Because there are bits that don't entirely make sense if I stop to think about it, but it kept moving so that mostly I didn't stop to think about it. And the characters are all crazy and/or jerks. It's exactly the same show!
So yeah, I thought it was fun. And I want someone to punch Paul.

You should have seen the forum he used to run. And people think I'm cranky...
