What is even happening?

Topic!Cindy, No actual spoilers, just as I said "Paranoid Theories."
Thanks, Jade.
I wasnt even sure if it needed the font du blanc.
I just said it, in case people were not highlighting in fear of "Well, after her tongue gets cut out in Episode 8, you'll be REALLY GLADD that Web is willing to just kill the son of a bitch."
Yeah, there's been a lot of white fonting in this thread since last night. I keep checking to see if we're still NAFDA.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I think we're NAFDA for Tim shows. Which seems needlessly complicated, so I could be wrong.

Last night, the East Coasters were acting NAFDA-y, and then the West Coast started whitefonting, which was kind of funny.

I think it makes sense to white font during the West Coast W&P to keep from spoiling plot points. But otherwise, yeah we're NAFDA.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Wait -- who's to white font during the watch and post? I think it's simplest if there's no Minear-show whitefonting for anything that's aired. You come in here before you've finished watching the ep, you takes your chances.

I think we're NAFDA for Tim shows.

I thought we were NAFDA for everything -- if not, we need to yank it from the slug.

ita, what I mean is, it would be pretty shitty if an east-coaster came in during the west coast w&p during the scene where they're chasing hood!boy, and say, "eh, he's not the real killer anyway. It's that funny-looking dude in the glasses."

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

That falls under "don't be a dick," right?

As a west-coaster, I already stay out of show threads until I've watched them, and have absorbed the sadness of not being able to watch and post properly.

This isn't a new scenario -- it's like Lost or Angel or Buffy or the entire Boxed Set thread.

I wouldn't dare asking people to start whitefonting stuff about a show they've already been discussing in blackfont.

Well the whitefonting in this thread occurred during the west coast viewing, by east-coasters who saw west-coasters watching and posting. Even if we are NAFDA, I don't see that as a bad thing. Doesn't need a rule.

Huh. All the whitefont I noticed was from West Coasters.

I wasn't saying it needs a rule, just that I think it's unnecessary, and I wouldn't fault anyone for not observing it. It's not consistent, and I wouldn't ask it be done on my account.
