Simon: I'm trying to put this as delicately as I can... How do I know you won't kill me in my sleep? Mal: You don't know me, son. So let me explain this to you once: If I ever kill you, you'll be awake, you'll be facing me, and you'll be armed.

The Minearverse 3: The Network Is a Harsh Mistress

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

Tim, since somebody elsewhere asked.. What's the status of your The Moon is a Harsh Mistress take?

(Feel free to batter me everybody if this has been asked 432948329 times before).

Also, whilst I'm here, can anybody summary up The Inside for me please? In say, a few lines. I don't like the explaination on TheInside.org. The site is getting a lot of hits, and currently says 'Silence of the Lambs', so that's gotta go.

A One that isn't cold, is scarcely A One at all.

I was checking the highlights of the Met game yesterday and check it out!

"Don' be e-scared"

I don't mind the Silence reference, Kevin. Look at the last scenes of Pre-Filer and tell me that Rachel doesn't have a little Jodie Foster thing going on. That Fosterness was what moved me in the direction I went, so it's not unfair.

I'm due for another pass on "Moon," and as soon as I'm done with my last Inside script, I'm all over it.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I'm due for another pass on "Moon," and as soon as I'm done with my last Inside script, I'm all over it.

After a long nap, a massage, a rare steak, a hot bath, and another long nap.

Also, whilst I'm here, can anybody summary up The Inside for me please?

Sure. Fix my iPod and I'll hook you up.

GAH! What happened? Closed forever or just the day?

They had no power. Yesterday, the alarm was going off all morning. The new location obviously has a few kinks it needs to work out.

They did finally open just after noon. Sadly, I did not get as much work done as I had hoped because people kept wanting to talk me. I dunno why.

Ta, Tim. I have passed on re: Moon to those who asked. I gather there's a few people excited by the prospect of your involvement. I should word that in a slightly less worrying sounding way.

If anybody has any issues with TI.org (theinside.org - I'm shortening it to TI.org as from now as typing it is getting annoying) let me know. I don't want the site to reflect wrong things about the show in any way.

I saw Adam Baldwin on The X-Files today on FX (the UK version of Fox, owned by.. Fox). He rocks.

Not having has never been the thing I've regretted most in my life. Not trying is.

I finally rented the Wonderfalls DVDs.

I thought I was over wanting to bludgeon Fox executives with brass monkeys while they wear nothing but old lady panties over their heads.

I am not.

Oh, and the fact that Lee Pace and Tyron Leitso are not waiting in the other room to tend to my every sexual whim after I get off this keyboard is a very wrong thing. Even criminal.

Taking a moment.

And we're done.

Now, I have to finish ordering the dVR I promised I'd have so I didn't miss any of The Inside.

Going by the commentaries Caroline Dhavernas and Katie Finneran would agree with you there about Tyron. As would I.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

As would I.
Me too.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Tyron's okay. Lee rocks.
