Now see, no one argue with the pregnant lady.
Clearly my family missed the memo. t /whine
Well, at least it's not for much longer.
Drusilla ,'Conversations with Dead People'
[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.
Now see, no one argue with the pregnant lady.
Clearly my family missed the memo. t /whine
Well, at least it's not for much longer.
YAY!
Starting my lame effort at Being Jeff Mejia.
I just saw it! Creepy yet, cool.
Queue creepy music...
Shot of Downtown L.A. at sunset
Shot of LA traffic, before sunset, probably right when rush hour thins, because the cars are actually fucking moving. Note: This can't be the 405 and might be some other state, because, dude, cars are moving.
Graphic in creepy Se7enesque font: WHEN A SERIAL KILLER STRIKES
Melts to a perv putting on a full leather face mask and *zip* sound
Cut to a creepy guy in a black hoodie
Quick flashes: What looks like a woman floating in water (there's a bluish tint, it's a silhouette of a figure, overhead shot of agents surrounding a corpse on an autopsy table, three agents backs to camera (maybe Paul, Mel, and either Web or Danny), Mulder/Scully flashlights through the gloom shot, Rebecca's staring toward the camera, a woman with sweaty face and hair screaming on a video recorder (in a sort of bluish dark tint) screams NOOOOO!!!, figure in dark hoodie and sunglasses.
Cut to Adam (Danny) walking with Mel (Katie) at what appears to be a crime scene with ambulance lights flashing in background. Danny says: "Unidentified female hands degloved face slashed off..."
Cut to Rebecca, staring offscreen.
Melts into another of those graphics: SHE HUNTS THEM...
Melts into a shot of Rebecca climbing up into an attic, peering around with a flashlight.
Cut to Web, interviewing Rebecca in his office: Web: I trust you understand what it would mean to work for me. The places you would be required to go."
Rebecca: I've already been to those places.
Cut to a shot of Rebecca all tarted up, walking through a crowd. Cut of creepy Richard Ramirez looking figure in hoodie and dark glasses, watching.
Over these two shots, another graphic: WHILE THEY HUNT HER
Web: You only think you have.
Shot of Rebecca aiming a gun, backing through a room and turning quickly in front of a mirror.
Shot of hands being cuffed (struggling), shot of woman (looks like the same one in the bluescreen who screamed "NOOOO" before, still screaming.
Black out.
Announcer: The Inside, coming soon to Fox. Viewer discretion absofuckin'lutely advised.
Ooooh. Niiiice. Thanks.
This can't be the 405 and might be some other state, because, dude, cars are moving.
Are you sure the cars are moving? I think it's a camera trick.
Thank you Allyson!! Great recap. If the show's even half as engaging as that recap of the promo, it should kick total ass.
Scott said it should be advertised as the show on which he is killed, and says if it is, he can guarantee a majority of the Boston market's audience, each week.
He *is* from a rather large family, and does work at one of the major private employers in the area.
"Coming soon" and something about "Viewer discretion" -- you know, the same disclaimer they run before 24.
Could it be the show that replaces 24 when the latter ends its run in five weeks? That would rock.
Well done Allyson.
