If I could chuck one, it'd be Totem Mole. Cocktail Bunny, Crime Dog and the finale are my favorites.
In my limited viewing, the one I'd chuck is "Wound-Up Penguin," no question. I find it hard to pick a favorite, because "Wax Lion," "Karma Chameleon," and "Pink Flamingos" are very good in very different ways. I do have an irrational love of "Karma Chameleon," though, since I spent a lot of energy defending it on TWoP. And "Muffin Buffalo" cracked me the hell up, as well as made me think. I want to see the others, dammit!
All this discussion is making me anxious for WF DVDs. Any idea of a date yet?
They're still aiming for December, and are in the process of replacing the music right now. Apparently it's all going well. Hopefully the people who go to the thing tonight will ask some good questions about it and let us know what's said!

Yeah, I found it weaker than the others, too. Initially I didn't like "Karma Chameleon," either, but it's really grown on me. And I think you'll love most of the ones you haven't seen -- the episodes just get better and better as the show goes on.

In my staunch defense of the episode, I began to realize I was more like Jaye than I had initially led myself to believe. And I'm always drawn to themes of identity. I'd never seen the doppelganger trope used so well to actually give insight into the character of the doppelganged.
Although while, like Jaye, my blurb, like my life, is a work-in-progress, I would totally make one up. I love writing the little cast bios in programs, and I often write other people's.
And I think you'll love most of the ones you haven't seen -- the episodes just get better and better as the show goes on.
I believe you. "Muffin Buffalo" and "Lovesick Ass" were so much better than the ones aired. My friend who wasn't really a fan from having seen the first couple episodes liked them a whole lot more.
The movie is filled with shots of Jennifer Connolly in a white t-shirt and no bra getting Sprayed Down with Various Liquids. This makes her Slippery and Difficult to Rescue when she keeps clumsily getting herself caught by Enemy Mashers.
I have no idea what movie you are talking about, having jumped into the middle of all this... but where can I buy advanced tickets?

You might want to consider doing this for grocery money, Allyson, because that movie would so get made. Also, people would go (see AAP post above). Your synopsis is more entertaining than Heinlein's book by a factor of a lot.

Thanks Cranberry. It's nice to know we can always count on you for WF updates! I'm a tad anxious, as I wasn't even able to see all the eps that aired. I finally gave up on trying to find additional eps, and am just trying to keep myself spoiler free for the DVDs. Hey, it worked for me for Firefly!
