FX topper shifts nets

FX Networks CEO Peter Liguori will move to sibling Fox as the broadcast web's new entertainment prexy.

Liguori's appointment is effective immediately. He'll oversee all of Fox's development and program scheduling, as well as the net's marketing, business affairs and promotion.

Anyway, he's got brilliant comic chops, and his good looks will probably prevent him from getting those kind of jobs. Look how it stunted Cary Grant's career!

Considering the actor's most prominent role to date was several years as the comedic Cuban photographer Luis on Suddenly Susan, I imagine comedic roles will be less difficult to get than dramatic ones. All he has to do is put on the fake accents, and he's golden.
