Riley: Oh, yeah. Sorry 'bout last time. Heard I missed out on some fun. Xander: Oh yeah, fun was had. Also frolic, merriment and near-death hijinks.

The Minearverse 3: The Network Is a Harsh Mistress

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

We watched Wax Lion last night. The episode I've most watched, of course, but we're doing them in order. Also watched the featurette which reveals that Caroline and Katie are actors! Nothing much like their characters at all. They were very cute though, and obviously got on. Brian Fuller? Pretty man. Tim Minear? Still so cool.

Trust my rage

Will we know how many DVDs have sold, etc? I'm sort of curious since the show was only on 4 times.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

They were very cute though, and obviously got on.

You do realize I initially read this as "obviously got it on," right? Good.

Well, Katie did talk about the pleasant surprises of kissing girls. "They're so soft!"

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

re-watching the eps has made me realize how much Tyron Leitso reminds me of Matthew Fox. lots of similar mannerisms and they look similar too.

just finished watching Pink Flamingo and the featurette. about to dive in to Karma Chameleon.

The status is NOT quo.

Well it's so true! When you're used to kissing boys, girls are a revelation.

(Granted, it's been awhile, all married and such. But still.)

What is even happening?

We're more broke than I thought. We'd planned to buy Angel, Wonderfalls, and the third season of 24, today.

Looked at bank balance. Can't buy any. Payday isn't 'til Thursday. Am very glad gas tank is full. Wish fridge was. Grrrrr.

Very cute husband and I need to come to terms on this concept of budgeting.

Yes! That's who it is. I knew he was reminding me of someone very strongly.

All this time, I thought Hunter was a bitch. Turns out she was just hungry.

As much as I liked Wonderfalls the only episode I saw more than once was "Karma Chameleon." Twice. Happy that I never really noticed any of the song substitutions!

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

I forgot how cute Bartender Guy is.

Yes. I lurves him. Also, emerged from the whole series viewing with great Lee Pace lurve.

Speaking of the music, in Caged Bird Sarah McLachlan and Travis songs were both included. I know that a lot of music was replaced due to cost, and I know that these two must have been expensive to keep (or, I'm assuming- if Frou Frou was expensive, I'd think these two must be even more so). Keeping them in was worth the cost- spot on perfect!
