I can beat up demons until the cows come home, and then I can beat up the cows.

The Minearverse 3: The Network Is a Harsh Mistress

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

There are some serial killers credited with as many as 600 victims on this list. It makes it seem weird that someone who's killed 3 is in the same category.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

But I think there's a way to balance the dark with the light and I think Tim has found that balance.

Good to know, Kristen. It's funny -- in a genre show, I can go waaay into dark and be okay. But the closer something is to reality, the harder it is for me to take a lot of violence and psychological trauma. Which is why I can cheer for death and angst on Farscape and Firefly but don't watch L&O: SVU.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Hell, just dust them with arsenic powder. You could pretend you're Harriet Vane.

Ahem. Or The Brewster Sisters. IJS. (Thank you, Cindy!)

ETA: And now that I think of it, AB would make an awesome updated Jonathan.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Yeah, we're all kinda bloodthirsty, or we wouldn't be Tim fans to begin with. Heh.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Ahem. Or The Brewster Sisters. IJS. (Thank you, Cindy!)

You remember that Sang Sacre!DX bought his house from a guy named Mortimer Brewster, right?
