Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

It is sad. The lack of postings, not the ticket purchase. I was thinking of posting something the other day, actually a plea to Tim, and then decided it was too snarky or perhaps too pathetic. I don't know what I was thinking. Too snarky? Too pathetic? For this thread? I'll see if I can come up with it again.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I dont think so! I had to do Friday-Sunday, I get into Des Moines at 10pm on Friday, and leave at noon on Sunday.

Today I researched the Patriot Act, the fourth amendment, and Executive Order 12333. My head is all legalese hurty. Where's Narrator when you need her, eh?

Well, at least we're leaving around the same time. Sucks that you'll miss the fair, though. :-(

Ooh, fun! What did you find? Anything good?

Surely I didn't say that out loud, did I??!

We'll see. I couldn't come up with what I had before, but here's a reasonable facsimile, although not as good it ended up pretty bad:

So, has anyone noticed that we haven't seen Tim around here lately? Please, come back, Tim! We can talk about Moon, and beagles, and Serenity spoilers rumors. Oh, wait. You have a life. Writing. Making us love characters. Killing them. Kind of like Joss. As you were. Keep writing. We wait with bated breath. Okay, not bated, but we're waiting!

So, how does that end up on the pathetic scale? Too much? I just can't wait for more good writing, whatever the name.

Edited because even though the formatting rules are easy, I just keep getting them wrong.

Actually, I've feeling a wee bit peckish...

lol... Yeah it has been sad to drop down. I haven't posted either. I always seem to kill a sub thread when I comment.

So... I suppose this might end the pathetic talk or something...

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

Keeping up with the Minearverse chatter- I sat friends down to watch the Dead Like Me pilot, and when they agreed it was really good, hit 'em with the old "Good. Wonderfalls is a zillion times better." line. They have agreed to sit and watch it with me (after I lock myself in a room to watch the whole set so's I'm not disturbed by all the talking and breathing and such.). I feel I've gained tv show cred in their Friends worshipping eyes.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

It's prolly good. Usually when we don't hear from Tim it's when he's, you know, working.
