Not sitcommy-style comedies, but drama is a fairly broad term. ETA: IOW, I'd consider Monk and Psych fair game, but not Reno 911 or Southpark.
'Touched'
Bureaucracy 3: Oh, so now you want to be part of the SOLUTION?
A thread to discuss naming threads, board policy, new thread suggestions, and anything else that has to do with board administration and maintenance. Guaranteed to include lively debate and polls. Natter discouraged, but not deleted.
Current Stompy Feet: ita, Jon B, DXMachina, P.M. Marcontell, Liese S., amych
I got four seconds on my proposal to close the Veronica Mars thread: AmyLiz, megan walker, Frank, and SA.
Because I have something else I really need to be doing, I went fishing for quotes for titles.
Monk: "It's a gift... and a curse."
Rescue Me: (Johnny to Tommy) "Rock bottom. It just doesn't exist for you, does it?"
The Shield (Vic Mackey): "Good cop and bad cop have left for the day."
Is "drama" final or did we decide it was OK to discuss comedies in the new thread as well?
I'd like to see the comedy thread revived.
But of course, that proposal will have to wait until the current one on Veronica Mars is done.
Did we vote on the closing of LotR, or was it by acclamation? I remember that Atlantic Canadians was closed by request of the Haligonians. I was thinking that before we open Lightbulbs we could just post a notice in the VM thread that we're going to close the thread in a week unless there are strong objections, in which case we can then open Lightbulbs to discuss Cindy's proposal.

That's fine with me.
Not that I've actively participated in the VM thread lately, but that's fine with me too.
Makes sense, DXM.
I like both "It's a gift..." and "Rock bottom..." for the Cable Drama thread.
And I like DXM's no vote VM thread closure.
I am super agreeable at the moment.
The Shield (Vic Mackey): "Good cop and bad cop have left for the day."
I like this one.
