That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

I didn't set foot in the other threads, since I don't watch most of the shows they covered, but I absolutely loved having the Comedy thread and would be really thrilled to have something like it arise from this discussion. Basically, I'd love to have someplace to talk about The Office with Buffistas, but I also think the size of the Comedy thread worked really well; although one show got more traffic than the others, you could already see the cross-pollination at work (which is to say, I'll be Netflixing How I Met Your Mother next!), and the discussion speed was totally manageable.

I think the non-fiction/reality thread would probably get a lot of support

I think the network drama thread would, as well.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

I loved all the threads equally. except maybe the cable drama thread because i don't watch a lot of the cable shows. though, i guess with the summer shows starting up (ie The 4400, Dead Zone, etc) i probably would have had more to say.

i'm definitely behind a proposal to bring them ALL back.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Oy. Network drama continuing in the same format as the experimental thread would not thrill me. I'll have to frame my thoughts on that later though.

Thrive to spite them

I think the Comedy and Drama threads would have been used more if there was a better spoiler policy. Something like 1 week white font seems reasonable.

Art Crawl!!!

I really enjoyed the other tv threads. I think that I read all of them although I posted mostly in Cable Drama, Network Drama and Non-Fiction. (HIMYM is pretty much the only comedy I watch with any regularity.)

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I think Cable Drama should be folded into Premium. I'm also behind modifying the Network drama whitefont rules because I was never able to enjoy it given I might be behind on one or more shows most of the times. I want to hold comment on the other threads for the mo'.

I think they were used quite a bit. I also think that the amount of people that would use it if there were a one week white font rule would be offset by the amount of people that would no longer use it as much if they had to white font everything. That can be sussed out in a vote, though.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Love Non-Fiction as is. I could get behind 24 hour whitefont for Network Drama. A week feels like too much. I have more to say when I'm not at work and feeling like ass.

Cable drama folded into premium sounds like a good fit to me.

I think folding cable drama into premium would works best (and am also amused at this, since it was a suggestion to do exactly this that started this whole thing in the first place).

Network drama and comedy both seemed successful, but they also both seem to need further modification -- be it white font rule modifications, or futher seperation of shows. They seemed to work okay as they were, and got plenty of posts, but they may need modification anyway.

The non fiction/reality thread so far seems to be functioning perfectly as is. The perfect mix of cross pollination and popularity, and not too much concern over being NAFDA.
