Wash: Well, I wash my hands of it. It's a hopeless case. I'll read a nice poem at the funeral. Something with imagery. Zoe: You could lock the door and keep the power-hungry maniac at bay. Wash: Oh, no, I'm starting to like this poetry idea now. Here lies my beloved Zoe, my autumn flower, somewhat less attractive now she's all corpsified and gross...

Our wings are not tired

Trust me, as soon as this voting is done I've got three different proposals. We're going to have lightbulbs open for a few weeks.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Ugh. Having multiple proposals up there was kinda messy. Next time I'd like to see the first one up have more of a chance before the second one goes up.

We're going to have lightbulbs open for a few weeks.

This is sure going to make scheduling the upgrade tricky.

Well part of that was the fact that I made the proposal and then had to run away for a few hours. That was very bad timing on my part.

Yeah, but bad timing was one of the things we were trying to correct for with the voting process.

In a discussion like this (which should probably have hit Bulbs sooner, rather than happen here) it's easy for stuff to get passed by. especially if the author's not around to wave flags.

Not sure how to get around that other than frontloading a proposal with all sorts of "No, this I really mean as more than a suggestion."

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

This doesn't quite belong in Light Bulbs, but I just muttered to myself and when Bob asked, I told him we were still talking about the TV thread. He said, "I love you guys. You make the Libertarian Party look, like, organized."

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Yeah, I know. I didn't like it either. But I wasn't sure what else to do, since the confusion about ND's meant he didn't get the seconds, but Cindy's following proposal did.

And hee. Totally tagging that with your (and bob bob's) permission!

I'm sure it's permitted.

What is even happening?

How does this sound?

If ND can get four seconds, I will put his proposal for the Bones/Numb3rs bucket thread as second, separate item on my proposal [independent of my item(s)].
