Mostly lurking...

I love We Got a History.

What is even happening?

I don't like Eyeballs. We had Slime and Antlers this time, and the time before that it was Weeping, crawling, meanwhile Natter was recently The Crying of Natter 49.

I'd like something with a little more oomph or a little less ick.

I like the History one, and the Happyland one.

There are a bunch of Spike quotes, here: [link]

Spike's Bitches 35: We like to talk big.

Spike's Bitches 35: It's called security, people.

Spike's Bitches 35: Not the first choice for heroics.

Spike's Bitches 35: You take the killing for granted.

Spike's Bitches 35: I've got an unlife, you know.

Spike's Bitches 35: You're just a little bit in love with it.

(Also, how cool is our fandom? If you Google only the words 'Spike quotes', the first two hits are BtVS-Spike.)

Because books.

Spike's Bitches 35: You take the killing for granted.

Oh, I like this.

Although Halfway to Happyland is wonderful, too.

What is even happening?

I was thinking "You're just a little bit in love with it," was my favorite, but since tomorrow is the 10th anniversary of the show's debut, I think you just changed my mind, AmyLiz, because I do miss the killing. Darn it. Oh (original), show!

Because books.

Oh! I knew that about the anniversary, and then forgot. I should watch all my favorite episodes tomorrow.

Although that would take a while. And now I'm nattering...

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I'm still loving History.

Compassionately intolerant

I like History a lot and Spike's Bitches 35: You're just a little bit in love with it.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

I think what appeals to me so much about History is that the time period covered by the last couple of Bitches threads includes us supporting each other through some really difficult stuff. I'm with Cindy--as much as I enjoy the humor of the current thread title, I'm feeling a need to snuggle up to Bitches like a two-year-old shouting, "MY friends!"

(Ftr since I'd suggested it in thread rather than here, it was Bitches 35: We Got History.)

What is even happening?

The 'history' title is a good way to mark the show's anniversary, too.

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

I think Kristin just sold me on History.
