Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

IT'S TIME TO GET ILL!

... although, I'm not mad at Natter Five-O.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Okay, I'm being pedantic and annoying here, but....

There's only one N in "Dano" in "Book 'em, Dano."

Our wings are not tired.

I think it is Danno. [link] IMDb seems to think so too. [link]

ps - not that I think they were rightheaded!

No kidding? I've always seen it with one N.

Although when I say "always," I mean "once in a great while, like when I'm doing a crossword puzzle."

I've gotta stop using crossword puzzles as sources for my pedantry.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Oh, dear lord. We are nothing in the face of this Danno vs. Dano conversation. No muffaletta, no seatbelt, no cutlery can touch that conversation.

DXMachina - Feb 11, 2007 3:40:21 pm PST #8541 of 10001
You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Of course given the show title, it could also be spelled Dan-O.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

That conversation pretty much settles it, doesn't it?

Oh, dear lord. We are nothing in the face of this Danno vs. Dano conversation.

Read that this morning. It was a thing of beauty.

What is even happening?

From that link...

Date: Sun, 20 Nov 2005 07:54:49 -0800
From: BP
Subject: Hawaii Five-O

From my recollection, Steve-o was usually asking (or screaming) for one person to be booked, so "Book 'im Dan(n)o" would be the quote if that's the case.

Wheee! The above entered my mind when DX proposed the title, but I made myself not bring it up, so we could get the darn thread named. When Tep raised the Danno/Dano point, my mind went right back to it.

That discussion made my morning. Thanks for the link.
