I gotta go with the Pynchon name, though the "49er" ones aren't bad.
I was just looking up on wikipedia the term "Maxwell's Demon" as it turns up in LOT 49, and "Maxwell Demon" was the name of the Bowie figure in VELVET GOLDMINE. Turns out it was also the name of Brian Eno's first band (Eno being one of the models for Jack Fairy in VG as well).

Last year I would have said that the team was doing more than enough on its own as a joke, but they had a decent season this year all things considered.
