And you're sure this isn't just some fanboy thing? 'Cause I've fought more than a couple pimply, overweight vamps that called themselves Lestat.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Which I don't have available.
Pity.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

it's reached the point of diminishing returns.

My guess is that when it reaches the point of diminishing returns for the people participating, they will stop. I'm sure there are people who've got no more to say and don't want to hear any more who have already left the conversation. I'm assuming the people still talking are getting something from it--something those who have stopped don't need, but there it is.

What is even happening?

Margaret, thank you.

Sorry to interrupt, but we are going to need a new Natter name fairly soon.
Any ideas?

Now tagless for your comfort.

Oh, lord, how I loves my buffistas.

I'm getting the pig!

I think this has to run its course. It hasn't, quite, yet.

This. And also what ita said.

Trudy, I think that everyone posting to this thread, except you, has bent over backwards to be respectful of other people's feelings and thoughts. And I will note that every other time there has been a discussion here about the actions of a poster, you rush to jump to one person's defense and insult or upset everyone else repeatedly in the process.

And this.

Oh, lord, how I loves my buffistas.

I loves Cash's buffistas, too. Lovely folk.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

doesn't prove it was his real actual name.

Sure. I'm not saying it proves anything. I'm just saying it's not purely an internet identity.
