I am concerned that everyone will have a comment on something, and then a comment on everyone's comment, and it'll be a zoo for the people who have to edit.
Yeah, this is my concern. For every change, there will be five suggestions of how it really should have been changed.
For the FAQ, I'd prefer to go with a consensus, rather than a vote, just for precedent's sake.

Not if they ignore what they want to. Fiat. We don't have enough fiat around here. They are the people that stepped up to the plate, not as tools of our individual wills. They're doing the dirty work, and I feel they (and I'm not even sure who they are) can be trusted just fine in the end.

Seriously, how do people feel about a comment period, after which the Committee of Being All Up In Everybody's Business decides by fiat what comments we'll accept and what we'll turn down? Do you guys trust us to do that?
