This came up previously, and I don't remember that it quite got settled. Recently, people have been asked to hold off on a proposal until the current one was done, but I was pretty sure there have been times in the past when we've queued proposals.
I suppose there's the danger of getting an overly bloated queue and forgetting what order votes should happen in, but in general, I would think we could handle it.

I think you lose your momentum, but it's not my momentum to be lost.
Proposals can run back to back, right? There's no already agreed-upon reason to wait for the vote to be complete first?
I would, but it could be a prima donna, get-out-of-my-spotlight thing. It's not like I have anything urgent to propose, ever. Or, hell, anything period.
Yeah, I think you could get seconds now, and then wait for the voting on the other thing to be over before discussing, or you could just wait to get the seconds.
