I'm pretty sure we decided not to add a premium to the Cafe Press stuff.
Everything's marked up $1, proceeds are forwarded to the board when they reach $25 (which is CafePress' minimum check amount). Currently we have $7.

Huh. Turns out ita had put a Cafe Press link in the "Core" section. I reviewed the URLs and found only one store in ita's link that wasn't in Jessica's (PGJ). I added it to Jessica's link and deleted ita's.
