Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

There is also beer.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

But what side of the door is it on?

Both, for maximum laughage.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Deborah,

have you decided what you are going to do WRT Lance's lockout at PF?

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

have you decided what you are going to do WRT Lance's lockout at PF?

Yep. I'm paying for a year's hosting elsewhere; it will be my own domain name, www.anarachy.net (or possibly dot org, since a lot of workplaces find the dot net thing worthy of firewalling). Jessica's going to set it up and work it out. In the meantime, when PF shuts down, we have our anarachy yahoo group as emergency contingency. Since the treehouse is only the one thread, even the maximum fifty or so members shouldn't strain the bandwidth we're buying. We've a little over 2000 messages since the second week in November. It's a nice gauge.

Hoping to have the new treehouse set up within the next couple of weeks. It depends on Jessica's schedule; she's a busy woman and is being angelic to do this.

A good price, too. $14.95 a month gets us what we need, or should. I'm prepaying a year's worth, and we'll see.

Because damn, I loathe WX with a passion and don't want to be there.

Which brings up a point. I've been approached by some PF refugees about porting this code for their use.

How does the community feel about this?

ita, I'm a techno-moron, so whatever you and this community decide, I'll stand and nod.

If I only had a brain...

It isn't my work; it belongs to you who spent so much sweat on it.

If you wanted to open-source it, I'd applaud you. But if you don't, you're entitled.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

If you port it, my tiny theater board would also be interested.

As a community member, I don't really mind if the board-look is duplicated. However, if that means that they'll be coming to you with problems, I'm firmly against it. Basically, whatever's easier for the coders, stompies, and other peeps.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Last time the subject came up, which was pretty soon after the board opened, you guys were ooky.

As far as I'm concerned, it's pretty much up to the people that built it.
