Illyria: We cling to what is gone. Is there anything in this life but grief? Wesley: There's love. There's hope...for some. There's hope that you'll find something worthy...that your life will lead you to some joy...that after everything...you can still be surprised. Illyria: Is that enough? Is that enough to live on?

If I only had a brain...

Okay. But "It Could Be A Dinosaur" is fabulous.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Would "I've got a theory, that it's a dinosaur" be too long?

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

No, but it doesn't scan.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

Well, it could be "dino" instead...

"I've got a theory, it could be dino"? Now I have collective noun issues.

(And am twitchy and therefore being a bit of a snarky bitch.)

"Dinos," then. I'll take on your extra twitchy if I can get some functioning brain cells along with it...

Doesn't scan what?

Doesn't fit into the original lyric.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Doesn't scan what?

If that's a serious question, she's referring to the meter.

"I've got a theory, it could be dinosaur" does not have the same meter as "I've got a theory, it could be bunnies," due to "dinosaur" being a three-syllable word. And as much as I love the idea, I don't sanction the use of "dino," cause half the fun of the dinosaur spec is getting to say the word "dinosaur." Mmm, dinosaur. Dinosaur dinosaur!

I was thinking of the demons line myself, but either way, the syllables in demons/bunnies get twice the number of beats as the other words in the line. I don't see the difficulty in shortening the first syllable and adding another syllable.
