Just in case anyone is anxiously awaiting the vote, I am stuck at work ( kicks stoopid work ) and won't be able to post the results for a few hours. They will go up tonight though.
Bureaucracy 3: Oh, so now you want to be part of the SOLUTION?
A thread to discuss naming threads, board policy, new thread suggestions, and anything else that has to do with board administration and maintenance. Guaranteed to include lively debate and polls. Natter discouraged, but not deleted.
Current Stompy Feet: ita, Jon B, DXMachina, P.M. Marcontell, Liese S., amych
Those thread titles still kill me.
I think this may be my second-in-a-row nattery bureaucracy post, but I remember and adore those thread titles. Funny, funny, funny.
We could propose and entire thread where we just name threads all the time.
Yeah, we could call it something like "Buffista Bureaucracy"... t /TT memories

Can I start suggesting thread titles now, such that we can have it up in time for tomorrow's repeats?
Lost: Or It Could Be a Dinosaur
Oh, guess we need a blurb too.
Discussion of Lost can be found here.
No, wait, that's a slug. Whatever.
Lost: Some of the trees are epileptic
Ow, Gus. I think I hurt myself laughing.
Lost: The Sayid Is Lee's, Back Off
Lost: Hobbits, Hotties, and HoYay!
Lost: The Sayid Is Lee's, Back Off
I refuse to endorse this thread title.
We could just decide in-thread - give it a TBD title, and then figure out actual title, slug, blurb in the thread. I think that's what we (finally) did with the book club. Worked out fine.
