Our wings are not tired

I think it should be preferential voting on Allyson's name. Can we open lightbulbs for it?

Go Sockpuppet! Choose Sockpuppet!

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

I'm pro SockPuppet.

Would you prefer to register a new name, or just have us rename you?

Renaming would change the name on all of your posts to Sockpuppet.

eta: And, after actually reading Allyson's post, I see that a second ID is probably called for.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Hey, here's a thought: Could the SockPuppet login be more or less available to people who need to vent anoymously? Maybe you could get it by emailing a stompy? That would be fun.

Isn't that what locked LiveJournal posts are for?

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

that assumes that all buffistas are on lj and that the audience desired for the post information is also on lj.

True that.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Poor A.

And this is why I use a pseudonym.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

This is why I never invited my Buffista-esque co-worker to the board... this is my safe haven to vent about work.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I know Trudy was concerned about the state of things in NYC, but I think we have to be careful about how we're using Beep Me. I didn't think it was the place for insents (unless urgent, which I was assuming hers was, so no problem there), or for non-urgent questions.

Am I wrong?
