Go get 'em, juliana!
I'm thinking it might be an idea to have a mutual exchange of hotel info and cellphone list and whatnot, once everything is booked and closer to the time. Feelings about that? (Not in a squishy way...)
Xander ,'Get It Done'
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

Do you want me to reserve a room for you at the same time I reserve 2 for the rest of us, just to make sure we can all get into the same hotel?
That's an incredibly nice offer, Lee. Email insending.
Plei, Lyra Jane, Jessica and Juliana, insent.
Well, I spent a couple of hours investigating hotels, as did Juliana, and guess what? The best one I came up with, where we have reservations, is the Comfort Suites, which is where Deb has been planning on staying all along.
t smacks forehead.
muHA! Lee, sorry, but that made me laugh. Central core of partygoers!
I bought my tickets! Whee!
Lee is fantastic. Thanks, Lee!
Okay, I'ma go lay down now. Owww....
My poor juliana, a hot soak with epsom salts for miles. A good long run yesterday.
Now I'm getting all bouncy. The B&N at U.Village is wonderful, and Laura Strechenback, who runs the events, is a sweetie. Last time, there was an urn of coffee and, I think, bakery cookies. We'd all just staggered in from a humongous dinner at Piatti next door, Seattle was still half-buried under a blizzard, there had been no public transport until about five hours before showtime, and we still had, what, close to two dozen people? It was a blast.
I still need a costume. What are other people wearing?
Lee, Nic and I are going all corseted in black leather. I may be Leathery Writer Bitch Queen from head to toe, or I may just play with my corset and wear it over something sparkly.
I think Nic's cranky about having missed the Folsom Street Fair.
