You need to keep giving out Class Protector Awards so that future proposals in the bureaucracy thread can be decided on the basis of whether or not the proposer really deserved the CPA they received many years before.

I was holding out for Class Clown,myself. But it'll probably go to Miracleman again. Because anybody can be a prop class clown. Especially if they have zombies.
