Ballot looks good. Thanks to all who are pulling this together.
F2F 2: Is there anybody here that hasn't slept together?
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!
Okay, I've got to run out the door to go and solder a bunch of connections and get a new amp running over at a theatre. It looks like we are good on the ballot and all of those things. So, unless there is a big clamor in here in the next few hours I say we turn this ballot over to Jon and it can get posted in Press. Should we leave it up until Friday at 5 PM?
This may seem silly, and if it does, I apologize, but could the cities be organized alphabetically?
Otherwise, it looks good to me.
Last I'd seen Fred Pete had volunteered to do our counting again, is that still the case?
Absolutely.

If folks want more info on the cities, here are some good links! These are all the official visitor bureau type sites so they've got good info on what to do and weather to expect and maps of the area and all of those things.
Kansas City
Minneapolis
New Orleans
Toronto
Just so you know, the Kansas City you're all considering visiting is actually in Missouri. KCK is much smaller than KCMO and offers very little in May unless you like NASCAR, in which case, God help you. Not that I'm not advocating not visiting my state--just come out further west and see Lawrence.
My car broke down just past Lawrence when I was a wet-behind-the-ears teenager. Some very nice people stopped, had it towed into town, helped me contact my dad, and gave me their mailing address to let them know I'd made it home to Montana safely. I have very fond feelings for Lawrence.
Yep, but many of the area attractions are in the state of Kansas and Lawrence is in Kansas.
