Noise, the catering is only an issue with one hotel. I haven't firmed up the other bids yet, but prom will be somewhere between $200-500.
Same with the parking (it's only an issue with one hotel).
You'll probably want to put a note about the Canadian/US rate of exchange in Toronto's dossier, as well.
Seconding the apple to apples exchange rate suggestion from La Belle Juliana.
The numbers that John gave us for Toronto were in USD. I'll make an addition to the Minneapolis slug. Basically all of the info for each city is based on one or two hotels, or the one that looks like a good option etc. Should I beef up the disclaimer at the beginning that these are not our final prices, but merely what we've found in our initial searches?
Okay edits were made to the Minneapolis section.

Maybe that would be better. Sorry, in my tired state I read it without comprehending it.

My bad. Please see above re: tired. And, occasionally, deeply oblivious.
As long as it's mentioned, I don't think you need to beef it up. Also everyone who's been doing the cat herding is doing an amazing job.
Okay, I tweaked the wording on the opening blurb.
Last I'd seen Fred Pete had volunteered to do our counting again, is that still the case? One we get a consensus that this looks like a good ballot we'll turn it over to Jon B.
