Thirteen hotels were contacted within the last week. Ten are located in the central corridor of Kansas City, MO. Three in Kansas City,
Kansas.
Three hotels (in MO.) were excluded from rates and averages due to inability to meet a number of our specific needs.
Standard room rates range from $65 - $149 per night. Average = $85
Majority of hotels (75%) charge same rate for up to four people per
room.
Hospitality Suite rates range from $79 - $225 per night. Average = $125
Banquet room / private dining room rates (for prom) range from $500 -
$1500, depending on numerous variances.
