It's like, in the middle of all this, I'm paranoid that you'll think I don't like poetry.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

Seriously, I had a great time staying with you (and Homer!).

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

People think I'm joking until they meet him. Best. Cat. EVER. (Unless you're not a cat person, in which case he's just annoyingly persistent.)

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Unless you're not a cat person, in which case he's just annoyingly persistent.

It's good you appreciate this right off.

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

Love the stories. Thanks, P-C, for the latest!

I loved the scene where P-C intercepts the Nilly-Train. I hope that it makes it into the screenplay.

Not having has never been the thing I've regretted most in my life. Not trying is.

Me, too Rick. Let's do the dreamcast for Nilly in New York.

Of course, as I haven't met any of you imaginary people, I'm at a distinct disadvantage.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Nilly's got a cell phone with her, right? Does anyone have the number? (Her train was supposed to get into DC half an hour ago, and I haven't heard from her yet. Half an hour late is totally within expected delays for that trip, but I just want to call and find out when to expect her to get in.)

t edit: nevermind. She just called me.

Nilly has arrived in DC. Her train was delayed by about an hour, but she got here OK.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Yay! Thanks for letting us know, Hil.
