F2F 2: Is there anybody here that hasn't slept together?
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!
Oh, good, Cindy's the only one I couldn't put a name to.
Why did I think she was blonde? Why was I sure she was blonde? I feel that my world has been upended. (Okay, that's an exaggeration.)
Oh, God, I hope it wasn't lingering Brady Bunch issues, 'cause that would be really embarrassing.
Heh, I bet it was. Altho? I do not lithp.
Thanks, Nora!
(Katie, I thought Cindy was a blonde, too. I dunno why.)
MATT! Matt's home! Phew! How were your adventures in Davis Square after we parted ways?
Hi Nora! The CD stores didn't open til quite late, and I wasn't feeling particularly breakfast-y, so I rode into Back Bay, got some Greek coffee, and walked around until I could buy a Billie Holiday collection that included "Gloomy Sunday" at Newbury Comics. Then it was off to Faneuil Hall to window shop and eat lunch before departing to the airport.
As for what happened once I got to Logan Airport... well, let's just say that Planes, Trains, and Automobiles isn't going to be nearly as funny to me after Wednesday and Thursday.
Oh, God, I hope it wasn't lingering Brady Bunch issues, 'cause that would be really embarrassing.
She did keep muttering something about some Marsha person all night.
For a second there I thought Jon was dating my friend Mel- FAQ girl looks just like her in that picture- 'cept FAQ girl looks happier than Mel usually does.
FAQ girl looks happier than Mel usually does.
You need to factor in the Jon-datage.
True, also the fact that she's (Mel I mean) so very very far away from me.
Nilly and I ran around like mad women yesterday. We hit the Museum of Natural History and walked in Central Park. Then we got tickets to The Producers, checked out the diamond district in an attempt to find the most freaking hidden resturant in the world (which we did -- ten minutes after it closed), found another one, ate, shopped, met up with Tom and went to the show, and then went home ate peach Bryers.
Today I handed her off to Jesse and they (and others) are off frolicing now downtown.
De La Guarda isn't going to, um, fly, on Saturday night because the schedule is just a little to tight for comfort. So, it looks like a larger gathering at Jess' may be in order if we can all bring goodies and leave the poor creature at a decent hour.
DLG does, however, have a Sunday 7:00 pm show with rush tickets going on sale at 5:30 or so so if folks are still interested in the show it can still be managed.
