I would be there right now.

F2F 2: Is there anybody here that hasn't slept together?

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I think you mean before landing, but yes -- within 30 minutes of National (either after takeoff or before landing), nobody gets to leave their seat. If anyone stands up, the plane is diverted to another airport.

My decision to ride the train rather than fly is looking better by the minute. Yes, it'll take longer. But I 'll be able to stretch my legs and walk, and getting up to take a whiz won't be considered a Threat to National Security unless the president is actually on the train and I choose to treat him like a fire hydrant.

I can't even.

IBTL?

Woo, top ten.

Uh, what have I got? Booked the flight, ready to go on hotel reservations, will chip in the needful for prom. Also, I'm around on Monday since I don't fly out until Tuesday, so if anyone wants extra showing-off-the-city-to-furriners detail, I'm a captive audience.

There, actual content. Who knew?

Our wings are not tired

unless the president is actually on the train and I choose to treat him like a fire hydrant.

I would pay good money to see this.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I've slept with Amych, Madrigal, ita and msbelle. Jealous?

Also, probably can't go to the F2F, as I simply couldn't plan on going any further in advance than about four days. Shit's just gonna be too crazy here.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I'm taking Thursday through Monday off from work, if people want company for Monday activities.

Well, I was not quite awake watching cartoons in pajamas with a roomful of Buffistas in LA, does that count?

Shiny new thread. Guess it is time to look at reservations.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Also stunned that JZ & Hec are honeymooning at the F2F.

As she notes, we'll slip over on Saturday afternoon for Prom and head back to NOLA on Sunday. It was just intolerable thinking about everybody else meeting Lizard and Holli.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

I'm so (selfishly) happy that you and JZ are coming, David. Woo!

I'll be bussing in from Lexington to the DC Greyhound station; I'll have better details later, but as of now I plan to come in Thursday evening and leave Sunday afternoon (by plane to Los Angeles. If things work out properly)--can someone pick me up at the bus station?

an overblown libretto and a sumptuous score/ could never contain the contradictions I adore

SA, I should be able to do that.

And, yay, Hec and JZ!
