Harrow: You didn't have to wound that man. Mal: Yeah, I know, it was just funny.

F2F 2: Is there anybody here that hasn't slept together?

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Yeah, lateness can be a weapon when there is no option but to wait. I figure coming late on your own time is cool (I often am myself) , or if you tell the others involved in the event, but making other people wait is unkind.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Very sad not to have gotten to enjoy the Somerville festivities, but looking forward to meeting Nilly tomorrow. Also very sorry to miss meeting Cindy.

However, I am wiped, and the news from my friend was bad, so I was glad to be there for her. I hope Nilly has a blast touring Boston tomorrow.

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

I should really go to bed soon. 5:30 is going to come dang fast.

Waves at the Nilly party.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

You know, I was suspicious that there was no way that anyone could live up to the Nilly hype.

I was wrong.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Waving at the Nillyfolk. Enjoy it while it lasts. Which won't be long enough, trust me. Also, somebody tell her the SFistas--and the non-SFistas who were here this past weekend--miss her.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

Nilly is very huggable.

I am one of those people that if you tell me to be there between 7 and 730 , I have a hard time not being there at 650. Never Tell me between 7 and 730 if you really might prefer 730ish. Beig in the bayarea -- a lot more forgiving. -Told kristint I'd meet her between 9 and 930 for breakfast. I made that estimate shortly afgter I rolled out of bed - pre coffee. I was there by my clock - 936.

If I only had a brain...

Also, somebody tell her the SFistas--and the non-SFistas who were here this past weekend--miss her.

Also the SFistas who were not-here.

Curse you, space-time continuum!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

You know, I was suspicious that there was no way that anyone could live up to the Nilly hype.

I was wrong.

That's the thing, she's very strong at the core. She's Nilly through and through. She knows who she is and it informs her ethics, and thoughts and spirit. So in person you get to experience her Nillyfullity incarnate and it's a very warm, curious, thoughtful, laughing thing.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

And it only takes a moment in her presence to feel as though she has been a part of your life forever.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

My pitifully few pictures are here. I have no excuse for my slacking except that I was having way too much fun to remember to take pictures most of the time.
