I love the puppet theater! I will think of Aunt Ginnie and Uncle Dolph the next time I pass by...
F2F 2: Is there anybody here that hasn't slept together?
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!
Thank you, Nora!
Ginnie lives in Dedham now, not far from the miniature golf course. Dolph has passed on. He was a brilliant crackpot (an MIT professor who spent his declining years working on a science fiction novel whose premise was that Jesus was a Mason from outer space) and a thoroughly loving man. And she is a thoroughly lovable woman, and utterly worthy of him.
I think the closest T stop would be Brookline Village on the D line.
You think correctly.
t edit waited too long to post -- makes note to wave at puppet house neighbors.
I greatly look forward to seeing Nilly, and also Nora and Tom and everybody else, and I'll still be looking forward to it even if you only serve olives and mushrooms.
If it helps you feel better Nora, I feel exactly the same way. I am coming to meet someone I may never get to see again (although I hope that's not the case), and a whole other bunch of very nice people I've only met once. The only way you'll fail as a host is if you don't let us in.
And then you'll have to buy a new door.
I will note for the record that the only time anybody is ever prompt for anything in the Boston area, it is because Nora has put the fear of god in us all. When Nora drives the bus, we are all waiting at the busstop 20 minutes early.
Suddenly feeling less poor-me-ish about not making the restaurant on Tuesday. I got stressed out just reading about being on time. I am an on-time person, but Scott and the kids manage to screw me up, every time, whether or not they're coming with.
Emmett and I and Lexine's son C (C-bug?) have played catch for roughly nine berjillion hours.
::cough::
Actually I did most of my playing catch with you after I made that post up in Deb's office. I did particularly enjoy our game of catch, and I'm trying to figure out where we can find a batting cage at the next F2F.

So, I brought the total up to 10 berjillion hours? Cool.
My pictures would be linked right now if I didn't have a dial-up. Because I do, they are being uploaded at a rate slower than evolution.
Hey - I have a batting net - I could bring that just about anywhere.

Evolution is pretty quick compared to geologic time.
I am never on time for anything, ever. I do not understand this "on time" business.
Aaargh. Just got some very bad news from a dear friend of mine. While I will still make it to the dinner tomorrow night, I will not be able to make the party in Somerville tonight as I will need to be available at home.
And, on top of the bad news, work just got insane. Looking forward to tomorrow. Am very sorry to be missing tonight.
