I tried posting this to the Somervillains list, but it isn't working, so I'll post here.
I've just sent a test message to the Somervillains list. If people don't get it, please let me know at my profile addy.
Will do, Cindy- I double checked the email I was writing from, and it does match what my confirmation email was sent to, so I'm not sure why it was rejected.

Pictures are great, but Beverly was even better. She made me feel like I was there in a way that pictures never could. Thank you, Beverly, from the bottom of my heart all the way to the top.
It does make me kind of wish I had put Nillyfest over visiting friends and family at the holidays, but I hope that I can connect with SFistas when I come down, probably in January, and with LAistas at the Big Damn Premiere!
We're having FUN.
mart, you weren't supposed to pick up aynone - what do you mean?
DX, I did not get the original message. I got Nora's question on whether she should reply, and your answer to that, but not the original.
We're having FUN.

ETA the quote that allows this post to make sense.
DX, I did not get the original message.
Crap. That makes no sense. Did it get stuck in a spam filter? I sent it from my martzmountain address intead of my b.org address.
I did get your reply. I hate computers.
Met Teppy and Lexine, and Lexine's pretty daughter K for lunch at the Ferry building. We toured the food possibilities twice before making a decision. Lexine and I had the roasted provencale style food. Teppy had the seared swordfish sandwich with mango chutney and K had chowder and nibbles all around. I had roasted lamb. All very savory and tasty. Lexine is very fun, and easy-going
and the most insane A's fan I've personally ever met. K showed us her surgery scar on her wrist and we gave her advice on what to wear in her upcoming Freshman year of high school. (Teppy and I advocated industrial hooker boots.) Afterwards, Jack Daniels gelato for Tep and Lex, Recchiutti more-expensive-than-god chocolate for K, and the banana cream tartlette for me.
Then we took a good walk along the waterfront on a spectacular day in SF, with a sweeping view of the Bay Bridge. I left them to return to work, as they headed toward PacBell.
I don't have a spam filter for it to get stuck in, and I've gotten other things from your martzmountain address, before.
I have it now. Oy. In fact, I had it then. It was next to spam [Tropical Paradise Awaits Yourefe] and got deleted when the spam did, by erm...user error. Sorry to be such a pill.
