The kosher sushi place in NYC has, in addition to all the usual kinds of sushi, a "bagel sushi" with salmon, pareve cream cheese, and cucumber wrapped in the rice and seaweed. (The cream cheese is pareve because it's a meat restaurant -- they've got other Japanese food, with meat in it, besides the sushi.)
