I love the idea of sitting around in the bar, guzzling, erm, sipping with friends.
The design JZ and I are working on would look smoking hot on a black t-shirt. Like this one: [link]
If we can figure out how to get the design to them/get the shirts to the purchasers. They're certainly cheap enough.

I can flip the design, Java, but can it be a jpg? I can make it a pdf if necessary.
The design idea Deena has been working on is a sort of general Nilly Tour 2004 rock-concert type shirt, not Bayista-specific, on account of Nilly's presence here at all being due mostly to a couple of LAistas but really to everyone. It'd be easy enough to pull together something region-specific as well, but the idea of an official national tour shirt is also kind of appealing.
Hey y'all, I was thinking that everyone who's going to be part of the NYC part of NillyFest should join the New York-istas list, through the visit. Then we can coordinate there. You subscribe by..... um, following the link Nilly put in Bureaucracy recently.
Yep, I'[m loving the concept of all Nilly's US tour dates on a roadie shirt. Too funny!
When I did the teeshirts for the 2000 get together (Vortex's "Foamy" concept), I placed an order ahead of time through the Original Underwhere Company in Redwood City. They have all sorts of sizes.

Done!
My inbox is going to be hella full when I get back, isn't it.
Is Nilly heading North toward Seattle, Portland or Vancouver at any point?
Tamara, nope - all California for the West, and then Boston/NYC/DC for the East.
Put me down for a t shirt.
Today I went out in SF. I wore a thick turtleneck shirt (long sleeve) a sweater and my down lined leather jacket. Forgot my cashmere lined leather gloves. Missed them. The wind was rather sturdy and it was not pleasant. Then about 3:30 the whole thing reversed and it got warm. I took off the sweater. The coat was still just fine.
Bring layers. Don't be a blue kneed tourist.
Thanks for the info, Deborah.
Sad now.
