Just got off the phone with the travel agent. It seems like the total cost will be something between 1500-1750$ (including the internal flight between SF and Boston). An El-Al flight to LA on the 12th of August (with a stop in Toronto) seems to be the best option right now, and a flight back from DC on the 2nd of September (with a stop in JFK).

Three weeks.

Why, yes, I still have a hard time believing that it's real, why do you ask?

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

JetBlue is having a sale (NO->NY for $49!). I don't think they show up on travelocity.

Nilly having braved the fabled lines achieves the reward of a visa, yay!
