Hiya!
Not to hijack thread talking about the real F2F for next year, but I made a Press post about the Wild Rumpus and thought it might be wise to field any final questions and details over here. Is that okay?

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!
Hiya!

That's fine with me, Kristin.
Fred Pete -- I just sent you a ballot for the F2F. Once you confirm it's been received, I'll post the URL and voting details here and in Press.
Jon, message received and replied to.
Here's a handy link to DebetEsse's useful meara of the various city proposals, subsequent discussion notwithstanding:

Kristin, I've owed you email for weeks -- sorry I'm such a flake!
Pout. I'm on the wrong coast for the Wild Rumpus.
Katerina, there are people on the "wrong coast" flying in! IJS...

Jessica, no worries about flakedom. I'm just at a point where I'm trying to determine if the number of people coming warrants me renting a larger outside tent, etc, so I thought a gentle "please email me!" in Press wouldn't be a bad idea.
I'm also really trying to make sure I have a place to put everyone who's sleeping over each night, so that's another issue I've been running into.
Jon, in terms of the real F2F, thank you for the ballot work--it was so easy to use!
Katerina, I am having a huge birthday party the same night in LA. You could come to that, if'n ya wanted.
You're welcome Kristin. You can thank me by having a party at the end of the month!
