Is it May yet?
F2F 2: Is there anybody here that hasn't slept together?
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!
The published rates are only for 2 or 4 people, but I don't think we have to tell the hotel if we want to squeeze in a 3rd. (I mean, I'm sure the *hotel* thinks we have to, but I doubt they'd notice if we didn't mention it.)
This was my thought, too.
So <squints> there's no one else looking for roommates Friday or Saturday?
Hmm. I'm staying with Anne, but I might want to stay at the hotel Saturday night instead. Hmm hmm hmm.
RL, I might be interested in sharing the room with you on Saturday. I will let you know in the next few days what I decide. In the meantime, if someone else steps forward and wants to share the room for both nights, by all means go ahead.
Great!
And then there'll be the requisite fencing....
I can haul out the fencing gear if you don't want to risk packing yours. Wait, I don't have a saber.
I don't fence sabre --amych is the sabrist. I'm only a foil fencer.
I still can't believe none of us took pictures at American Fencers. I don't think anyone had a camera, of course.
The Sunday Tabard thing sounds great! I still need to make my own reservations...
Lizard, if Kate doesn't, I will share with you, since Jess and Hil are taking one now (hey, the cost won't break me, I figure, since this year I don't have to get a plane ticket!)
Of those sticking around for Sunday night, would any of you be interested in dining in the Tabard's garden patio (here's a look at a sample dinner menu)and then heading upstairs for drinks, conversation, and whatnot?
If the invitation still stands after you've actually met me in person, then yes!
Also - I am not actively looking for a roommate but would be happy to share if anyone needs one Sat or Sun night. I talk in my sleep but very seldomly wet my bed.
With great power comes great responsibility. Or something.
I told my boss that today when he was choosing where we'd all go for lunch. But did he listen? DID HE?
Feh. A little respect. Is that too much to ask?

What Kristin said, Matt. What fun! Love the Tabard Inn.
