Kaylee: You're nice, too. Mal: No, I'm not. I'm a mean old man.

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Of course, by that point she'll be one big child and one half child.

There will be perky walking.

I'm warning you, though, I have an alarming tendency to become all mommy-ish around my pregnant friends, making sure they get enough water to drink and that they feel OK and all that. So I think the sea monkey will be pleased.

JESSE!

[Edit: my post # is consecutive digits that were re-arranged by a sea moneky. I had no idea that seas have monkeys, let alone that they are created when a Miracleman and an Empress love each other very much]

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Man. I can't believe I'm missing Nilly by a week, if her tentative schedule becomes actual. I'll be in SF from about 8/27- 9/5 for a work conference. Which means I'll also miss her East Coast jaunt. Dammit.

(But SF-istas, I'd still like to get together for dinner at least, some night. Profile addy best way to reach me.)

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Bev, you have sofa (possible air bed), and as many blankets as you'd like. Any airport is fine: SFO is closest, but Oakland has a shuttle to BART, which comes into the City, and I can pick you up at any BART station; and San Jose has a free shuttle to the Santa Clara CalTrain station, which gets you into the downtown San Francisco terminus at 4th and King, in about an hour, and I can pick you up there.

Cheapest airfare is your criteria.

I didn't like theme parks as a kid, either.

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

Nilly and I will take the Hapiest Place on Earth by storm

Oh, don't I wish I could be there for that- I've never been to Disney either. Cries. Then demands Nilly and Aimee pictures at Disney. Then cries again.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Right now, airfares from Cincy to SF are, to put it mildly, laughable. I'll just have to check back periodically and hope for a price drop.

smonster! [Edit: Teppy!] Sigh.

for SEVEN HOURS

I can't blame you for not liking parks, after something like that.

Then demands Nilly and Aimee pictures at Disney

Oh, another warning: I'm probably going to be pictures-crazy, as well. I'll have to have my picture taken with everybody, and then a second one, just to make sure, in case the first one didn't turn up well enough. And then a group one, and then another, from a different angle, just to make sure everybody is inside. I'm the one who takes the pictures of the rooms in which I am, in order to remember that, as well. And after my usual pictures-greediness around here, I wouldn't be able to settle for less from me, I guess, so it'll only be fair.

Consider yourselves warned.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

I had no idea that seas have monkeys

Since I have a feeling that Nilly doesn't know what Sea Monkeys are: Sea Monkeys!
