I think all of the proposals should have theme songs.
Several cities already do:
New Orleans -- Has plenty. I vote Gary "U.S." Bonds's "New Orleans" for the sax riff.
KC -- Wilbert Harrison vs. the song from Oklahoma!
Memphis -- Gotta be Johnny Rivers.
Cleveland -- Well, all I got is the Drew Carey theme song.
For KC, I nominate Love Child.
For Minneapolis, I'm thinking Mambo #5.
For New Orleans... How about the theme to the Wombles?
No. Scrap that. For New Orleans, it must be The Ballad of Bilbo Baggins.
While I think Atlanta would be a great place for an F2F, I don't think is can possibly count as "central."
eta: The Atlanta theme song would have to be the state song, which is the Ray Charles version of "Georgia on My Mind."

Yes, Atlanta and Toronto are fairly far east. Both have come up in discussion here. I assume that if they are too far east then they won't make the cut to the final four.
