'Out Of Gas'

F2F 2: Is there anybody here that hasn't slept together?

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

There's also the more intimate possibility of Windjammer Barefoot Cruises rather than the big cruise ship lines. I do think that it might work better as a "to those who might be interested" outing rather than the main yearly f2f.

Scanning all my f2f pictures will have to wait til next week, but I did get these two stashed online.

Edited to try a different photo host.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Matt, that album's not public.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Dayum. I see CK was in fine form, as were you yourself Matt.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Huh. CK has the better hair of the two.

Matt, nice pictures! I still prefer the one of you helping me with my Candy Problem. Of course I just went to find it and came up empty. WHO TOOK THAT PICTURE!

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Good idea. I have a deathly fear of big deep water that I can't see to the bottom of, and of being out on that water in such a way as to not be able to see land. There is no way I could ever go on a cruise without having a psychotic break.

How about cruising down the Mississippi? Would that still trigger it?

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

I think I missed something. Why are we talking about cruise ships, for heaven's sake? Is that going to be the next thing? If so, when did this happen - I may have missed a vote, or something. Because, huge old pass-a-dena over here. I rank cruises among the things I would schedule a root canal to avoid.

What cruise? Why?

No, we are not planning a cruise for the F2F.

(whew. Bad, bad, evil cruise memories. But I'm skimming, and thought I'd missed it....)

It has come up as a fun thing we could do, but it is not being looked at for F2F 2005. Most likely if cruise did happen it would just be a small gathering of folks that were interested and we'd choose a common cruise.
