It is possible this is exactly what happened. I didn't see. I was too busy screaming at the bloodsucker on the wall.

I'm up for whacking at the RFP to update it and then see if Gus or ND can host it so people can print it and send to their convention and visitors bureau.* But, in to work late this AM and I did hardly any work yesterday. Let's see if I can turn that around today, not that I have done any YET.
This sounds great. I'll make sure I've got some space to host this setup shortly.
you know what's really weird? Now that it's over in DC, I am getting slick proposals almost daily, including solications for nifty convention areas in Arlington, and maps of the area. Where were these people BEFORE the event? Grrr.
This is a big part of the reason I'm pushing for us to be doing this planning so far in advance. Many of these agencies work at a glacial pace. A year in advance is a fast track project for them.

That doesn't seem like a lot. What was the average drink price -- $4? That works out to 89 drinks. And there were a LOT of Buffistas there.

In F2F news, I've contacted the Convention Bureau here, and I'm also working with the hotel that is housing my family during the wedding.

That seems way low. I spent about $35 on drinks. I find it hard to believe I was 10% of the take.

I spent $6 and didn't even have any alcohol.
Not sure how much Hubs spent, but it was more than $20.
