F2F 2: Is there anybody here that hasn't slept together?

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Damn. Z opens a show Hallowe'en weekend. So, if we can swing it, I'll be solo. And probably begging couch space.

In city news, light rail will open on June 26. I'm actually pretty excited, because I'm a big public-transport dork.

Not javachik

I gotta say, the DC Metro rocked. Every station agent was friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and courteous and you know they must get sick of tourists asking "how do I get to the Smithsonian from here" a million times a day. They rocked. They also knew which direction out a station to send me for a particular restaurant. They and the Metro rocked so much, if I ever get off my dime, I'm sending a letter to their ED or GM saying so.

I forgot until now that I went to the DC Improv/Comedy Club one night also.

eta: I've started revising the RFP and also emailed the hotel to find out how many people stayed there and how much we spent on the bar bill.

Our wings are not tired

Just listening to the amount of stuff you did in DC makes me exhausted Java. I have no idea where you get that much energy.

The status is NOT quo.

Kristin, the Wild Rumpus is now a question mark for me. It's all going to depend on how fast my father recovers.

Oh no, Maria! Of course I completely understand this, hon. You do what you need to do.

The question is what can we do for you?

By the way, Deb made a lemon bread offer earlier? TAKE IT. Trust me. Yuuummmmy.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I want lemon bread. Or actually, lemon pound cake. Mmmm.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

While I didn't attend the F2F, I did send a camera and here are the photos.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

I am hoping that I will be able to make it. The universe owes me a break, dammit. I'm not asking for much.

Oh, you are a sweetheart. Just having everyone around is more than enough. I can't even do anything for me right now.

Really? That's it, then. Deb, I formally accept your lemon bread offer. Yummy sounds heavenly right about now.

t Idiot who failed to eat anything today.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Maria (and P-C), I'll need snailmail addys. sf_deb@yahoo.com, please.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

ND, does that include a Wednesday? I'm out that weekend, but if that includes a Wednesday, we're SO dragging your sorry (but highly sexy) ass to the Vogue, oh yes we are.
