Hil, I have several local restaurant supply places; a couple of small pans, some Pyrex and utensils kept separate, and the problem solves itself, or rather, since it isn't a problem, the question resolves itself.

edit: other thing - cooking for Nilly out of doors for the BBQ - is a cinch. A $10 disposable hibachi is on the list.

sj, not necessarily; we have some cat allergic locals (poor darlings), including Consuela and Hec/JZ (edited to point out that the allergy is strictly Hec's, not JZ's).

Our house, though, would kill you. LOTS of cats.
