I should never volunteer when someone says, "Hey! That chaise lounge needs someone to vamp on it!"
Dear god. No more screwdrivers at gatherings for me.

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

driving by again...or, rather, slouching under the weight of all my school books.

Memo to ageing about to be fifty self: Gravity Sucks. Do not not not NOT allow photos taken from below looking up.
Whoa. This is cool-looking. Not sure what made that effect, but it's neat.
I'm guessing it's the pre-Prom one
Yup, and I couldn't see the one you were linking to. Then again, my computer is the one who doesn't want to play with Theo's pictures, as well, so I think that's the problem with it.
I so seldom intersect with you any more!
Yeah, those annoying timezones and life-stuff. I loved reading your F2F recaps - it was as close as it could possible be to actually being there.
Oh, and, deb? I loved your pictures. You look just like you write, and I'm not sure I'm explaining this right, but I mean that as a compliment.
Deb, you are still a knockout. No beating up on one of my favorite people!
Oh, yes, Deb's a knockout from shorter-than. I'm afraid I wouldn't know from taller-than. And Kristin's a knockout, too, from about the same height, I think.
Nilly, I'm glad you enjoyed the recaps. It began to feel a little me-me-me, but I wanted to get it down in my LJ while it was still (reasonably--I did memfault on Kristin being at Sunday lunch) fresh, and xposted here for those who don't LJ. I'm really sad that it's a whole week since--and a whole year, till.
Still, there are tentative plans afoot for me to make it to the west coast part of your US tour. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it all works out. Between Nillytour and DC, I'm giving up my week at the beach with DH, plus my writers retreat in the fall, so here's hoping.
Eh. That wasn't a cry for pity - just a statement of fact. However, I've basically decided to try and kick some of the damned disease in the arse, and get back to doing as much of my daily workouts as I can without damaging myself.
Speaking of which, Nilly, any closer to actual procurement of tickets, and date-setting?
Was. Not. Pity.
Good for you, though, in terms of trying to be able to do some of the daily workouts.
Workouts, right. That's what those little freeweights over there are for...
